This is not only our tagline, but also our philosophy, commitment, and mission.
For me, education is not merely about earning a degree; it is one of the strongest foundations for personal growth, social development, and nation building. I firmly believe that the right education, proper guidance, and meaningful opportunities can transform the life of every student.
I completed my engineering in 1986 from one of the top engineering institutions of India, Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College, Allahabad (now MNNIT / NIT Prayagraj). Since then, for the last nearly 40 years, I have remained directly and indirectly associated with education, training, career guidance, and youth development.
Working in the field of education has always been my passion and dream. After attaining the age of 60+, I strongly feel that the best way to give back to society is through education. With this vision, I have dedicated myself to providing quality education, skills, confidence, and career opportunities, especially to boys and girls from villages, semi-urban areas, and economically weaker (EWS) families.
For me, Swargiya Narendra Singh Mahavidyalaya is not merely an institution; it is going to be my true “Karmabhoomi” for the coming years.
In today’s competitive and technology-driven world, traditional academics alone are not enough. Along with formal education, students also need communication skills, computer knowledge, digital literacy, personality development, practical exposure, and career guidance. With this vision, our institution is continuously working towards the holistic development of students.

स्वर्गीय नरेंद्र सिंह महाविद्यालय में आपका हार्दिक स्वागत है।
“सिर्फ डिग्री नहीं देते हैं, करियर भी बनाते हैं हम” — यह केवल हमारा Tag Line नहीं, बल्कि हमारी सोच, हमारा संकल्प और हमारी कार्यशैली है।
मेरे लिए शिक्षा केवल डिग्री प्राप्त करने का माध्यम नहीं, बल्कि समाज एवं राष्ट्र निर्माण का सबसे सशक्त आधार है। मेरा सदैव यह विश्वास रहा है कि सही शिक्षा, सही मार्गदर्शन और सही अवसर किसी भी विद्यार्थी के जीवन को नई दिशा दे सकते हैं।
मैंने वर्ष 1986 में भारत के शीर्ष इंजीनियरिंग संस्थानों में से एक, मोतीलाल नेहरू रीजनल इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज, इलाहाबाद (वर्तमान MNNIT / NIT Allahabad) से इंजीनियरिंग शिक्षा प्राप्त की। उसके बाद पिछले लगभग 40 वर्षों से मैं प्रत्यक्ष एवं अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से शिक्षा, प्रशिक्षण, करियर मार्गदर्शन एवं युवाओं के विकास से जुड़ा रहा हूँ।
शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कार्य करना मेरे जीवन का जुनून और सपना रहा है। आज 60+ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त करने के बाद मुझे यह अनुभव हो रहा है कि समाज को वापस देने (Return to Society) का सबसे श्रेष्ठ माध्यम शिक्षा ही है। इसी भावना के साथ मैंने यह संकल्प लिया है कि विशेषकर गाँवों एवं Semi-Urban क्षेत्रों के गरीब एवं EWS (Economically Weaker Section) परिवारों के बेटों और बेटियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा, कौशल, आत्मविश्वास एवं करियर के अवसर उपलब्ध कराए जाएँ।
मेरे लिए स्वर्गीय नरेंद्र सिंह महाविद्यालय केवल एक संस्थान नहीं, बल्कि आने वाले वर्षों की मेरी वास्तविक “कर्मभूमि” है।
आज का समय केवल पारंपरिक पढ़ाई का नहीं है। वर्तमान प्रतिस्पर्धी एवं तकनीकी युग में विद्यार्थियों को Degree के साथ-साथ Communication Skills, Computer Knowledge, Digital Skills, Personality Development, Practical Exposure तथा Career Guidance की भी आवश्यकता है। इसी सोच और उद्देश्य के साथ हम महाविद्यालय में विद्यार्थियों के समग्र विकास हेतु निरंतर कार्य कर रहे हैं।
